  • Martí en nosotros, un año más

    Cuatrogatos will once again commemorate José Martí with an activity organized in collaboration with Imago x las artes, to be held on Friday, January 30 at 7:30 p.m. Our guest will be the writer, literary critic, and historian José Raúl Vidal y Franco, who will deliver the lecture “The Femme Fatale: Another Archetype in Martí’ Poetics.”

  • Cuatrogatos Award Announcement Coming Soon!

    On January 28 we will announce the winning books of the 2026 Cuatrogatos Foundation Award. In this thirteenth edition, 1,602 titles were considered (a record number for the award) published in Spanish by large and small publishing houses, as well as through self-publishing.

  • 12th Seminar on Children’s and Young Adult Literature

    On Saturday, November 22, 2025, the Cuatrogatos Foundation and the Miami Book Fair’s Ibero-American Authors Program will once again present their Seminar on Children’s and Young Adult Literature. This year, the central theme is “Books Without Borders.”
